Ingredients
  1. 110g cake flour
  2. 20g potato starch
  3. pinch of salt
  4. 40g beet sugar syrup
  5. 10g honey
  6. 30g vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160°C
  2. Mix cake flour, potato starch and a pinch of salt in bowl
  3. Mix beet sugar syrup, honey and vegetable oil in a small bowl
  4. Once thoroughly mixed, spread between parchment paper and roll out with rolling pin
  5. Use a bear cookie cutter to cut out the shapes
  6. Poke eyes and mouth for the teddies
  7. Place the almond and have the bears hug them tight
  8. Use leftover dough to make the tails
  9. Bake for 10 minutes.
  10. Reduce heat to 150°C and bake for an additional 10 minutes
  11. Take out of the oven and they’re done!
Notes
  1. Use a toothpick or anything with a sharp end to make the eyes
