Teddy hugging almond cookies

Ingredients
- 110g cake flour
- 20g potato starch
- pinch of salt
- 40g beet sugar syrup
- 10g honey
- 30g vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Mix cake flour, potato starch and a pinch of salt in bowl
- Mix beet sugar syrup, honey and vegetable oil in a small bowl
- Once thoroughly mixed, spread between parchment paper and roll out with rolling pin
- Use a bear cookie cutter to cut out the shapes
- Poke eyes and mouth for the teddies
- Place the almond and have the bears hug them tight
- Use leftover dough to make the tails
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 150°C and bake for an additional 10 minutes
- Take out of the oven and they’re done!
Notes
- Use a toothpick or anything with a sharp end to make the eyes
