After having the BEST dinner at Nunam (best I’ve had in Perth in a very long time) just recently I’ve been dying to try their brunch menu. I liked having visitors coming to Perth because it gives me the flexibility to choose the eating spot 🙂
WHAT WE ORDERED & THOUGHT
I now understand why Nunam was awarded one of the best coffees in Perth. I liked my brew to be on the sweeter side and these were made perfectly for my taste.
We all grew up eating congee but never with 63 degree egg in it so one of us had to take the plunge and order it! The taste reminded us of our childhood. The bacon gave the congee more flavour and texture which was really nice. I don’t know about the hollandaise sauce though…gave it a shot but would prob give the sauce a miss.

Tasted just like we thought how scrambled eggs with curry would! Its defnitely a nice twist to your traditional breakfast – combining flavours of Asia with Western food but this wasn’t my favourite.
I realllllyyy enjoyed it! I loveee lap cheong and it went really well with the eggs. I do think this dish needs to be more substantial.
Rating: 8/10 purely based on taste. Every dish was really pleasing to the eye and palette. Prices are reasonable but the dishes weren’t exactly big. So glad I got to try the breakfast menu here because I was getting a bit sick of the usual eggs florentine/smashed avo on toast/french toast/etc kinda brekky you see everywhere in Perth. I still would recommend dinner menu over breakfast (try it – it’ll blow your mind)!
